Pskov


A day trip I did with Anna was Pskov which is a 4 hour bus ride from St. Petersburg. Long trip! This monastery was amazing with a tour of the caves. We also saw churches from 1,000 years ago and saw the town of Pskov. It is southwest from St. Petersburg on the way to Estonia.

Well all good things must come to the end unfortunately. Last night in the burg, St. Petersburg. This is a picture of going out with Anna and Natasha for Chinese food which was great. What an amazing 11 days in St. Petersburg. It was unbelievable to be back and seeing everyone. I saw several places and museums that I did not get to last year including the peter and paul fortress (where all the czars are buried), the Russian museum which was awesome and they had to kick me out since it was closing time and all the Jewish sites. I had another best week of my life just like last year. Thanks to everyone who was a part of my incredible St. Petersburg experience. I definitely will be in St. Petersburg every year. Now off to Moscow. (At least I am still in Russia for 6 days).
